You are right, the cape would make it pop more because the red makes it all stand out. can't wait to see others with their capes on. I already boxed mines back up, otherwise I would take more pics.

I like the sword better, but the hourglass is really cool because it's an actual hour glass that has sand in it. I would display it both ways.

Is the scythe in three pieces (two handles, blade separate) or two pieces (two handles one with blade attached)?

3 pieces, it's all solid metal too. Bottom piece, the handle that's attached to the arm and the top piece with the Scythe. I put one of the arms next to it, and it stuck to the pole lol...
