Yeah, that's good at least - provided they don't change it. I actually feel really bad for the guy. I'm seeing a lot of praise for the show all over, from the forum to Facebook to YouTube reviews, and they had to go and do that to him right before the premiere.

Stone cold taking my girl outta the opening credits like that

That was a ridiculously quick run through of one of the most complicated - yet great - XMen stories of all time. I felt it deserved at least two episodes. We had an entire season built up to the Dark Phoenix saga. But maybe they will bring it back around for other key points in that story arc.

Never ever did I think we’d get an homage to a fabulous Rogue/Magneto look. The Rogue/Gambit basketball game. The wedding photo. Soooo much more. This show is full of great Easter Eggs.

So excited for next week.

Wow, EP03. The animation continues to impress. But I agree, they flew through the story, felt way too rushed.

I didn't see her there, but remember how Magneto wasn't in the first episode's yet was in the second? She will be back in due time

I also was so jazzed I couldn't tell if they changed other parts of the credits (as in added the Gambit/Rogue basketball kiss).

I'm going to watch all three episodes again tomorrow. I'm gonna pay extra close attention to the credits.

I am secretly hoping after what happened to her in EP2, that she ditches the Lee costume for her actual mohawk look - the black pants, tank top and vest. Wouldn't that be amazing to not have to see that Lee costume anymore beyond the first two episodes
