Every retailer has pros and cons. From my experience I find dealing with P1 directly works out better financially and is more timely. Fortunately I haven’t had a bad experience with them (statue quality aside )

Yes, it is different for everyone, and customer service is definitely a factor. That is usually one big negative against P1 direct.

That's an insane amount for shipping!

This is part of the reasons why I'm seeing myself out the door with this hobby. It's a shame because I really have enjoyed my time as a Collector but with the rise in prices and the shipping costs, I'm just not able to sustain it anymore.

I'm shocked people not in Asia still PO directly through Prime when it comes to something very large.

Even within asia it is 824$ to be shipped..previously it was 400$ .
Apparently it comes in 2 boxes totalling to 22kgs

You must not have much experience with it then. The last two pieces I ordered direct from P1 in the USA (both during the peak covid years) were the 1/15 Spinosaurus ($421 shipping)(2 HUGE boxes) and their Sauron ($248 shipping). Sauron is much bigger than this Witch-King piece and was only 1/4 the shipping cost. I cannot understand how the Witch-King is $998. As Ezhil pointed out, even in Asia it's $824 to ship. Something not adding up.

Economic shipping not available to asian countries...

Prime 1 has enticed or set a trap for buying the deluxe edition with low initial shipping...the regular version weighs 10kg and 1 box ..with shipping 350$.note the regular edition size is only 80!.now when the ex is waitlisted ,they play this dirty game of hiking the shipping charges without any notice or apology...
The current shipping price is double that of what was initially during preorder and we r doomed....

Actually the fellbeast cant be 1/4 as advertised in this piece...
