I will say I think the pose is odd for me. I don't picture Gambit jumping back and throwing his card. Usually he throw his cards, both feet planted or at least jumping forward, then beats somebody with his staff.
A few small changes as Gambit just looks too relaxed in the face and awkward in the pose. Just moving him to behind the rubble like he is climb on/over it would be a big help. Seems to me he would jump back, catch his legs and fall flat on his a$$ in this depiction.
I like the design they are going for though. Suit looks great, small base footprint, body size is spot on.

I don't think he's jumping backward. Look at the flow of his coat...to me it looks more like he's landing from a forward jump.

Gambit is one of my favorite characters.
This doesn’t impress me like I wanted it to.
It’s basically tweaks made to the sentinel diorama Gambit.
Also, I really wish the boots, belt and chest armor could be blue instead of silver. In the comics (published comics, not internet deviant art) they were often blue or a silvery blue (like Bowen and Koto did) but not silver like the ss PF.

I would much prefer it if he was standing in the same upper body pose.

Can't be XM, the base isn't big enough.

Looks terrific but need to see it painted !! I like that the base isn't too big !! It will reduce the cost and the space !!

The pose is rather awkward looking. I was trying to come up with the scenario for this. The only thing that makes sense to me is that he's hoping over the wreckage. Pretty much all in one motion he starts to swing his arm and counters the torque somewhat by lifting and bracing his other leg. I tried it. It sort of works, but it hardly seems that would have been Gambit's course of action at that point. Just looking for justification so if indeed this is XM, I can be ok with it. Hope something changes though.

This is a heated issue lol. But i think the consensus is that this was the gambit that was going to be part of the original X-Men Vs Sentinel Dio

Looks very similar to the 1/6th diorama like others have said. If XM makes a Gambit i WILL own it. Favorite character.
My Current Favorite Gambit is the custom MVC one as well.
