nah. Only statue I'd entertain buying to complete the trio is Cable, but I'm waiting on a Bishop announcement because I want a black mutant in my collection. I'm limiting my xmen collection to 3 because (and no offense to anyone) most collections I see just look cluttered.

As far as I know it is, I personally haven't bought anything from him as I buy all my XM stuff from SpecFiction but I do know other Members on the freaks board who have ordered stuff from him and received it.
