I enjoyed the second episode and it;s on my continue to watch list. Plus I am a fan of anything Starman / Stargirl. LOL

I enjoyed the second episode as well...to a point.
I don't like the way they're making Pat/Stripey/S.T.R.I.P.E. such a wimp.
We all get the fact that he's a "sidekick", but they're really going out of their way to make him seem lame.

It's to make her look smarter and tougher... Hollywood lately only believes a girl can be tough if you surround her with a bunch of idiot males or if she's beating a guy up for a sexist comment, IE: I was afraid we had another Starman but it's only a Stargirl

Btw, the first two episodes are longer (almost a full hour) on DCU than the versions that were shown on The CW and that are currently available on The CW website.
This is because they were edited before the decision to show them on The CW, which needs episodes to be about 42-46 minutes long due to commercial breaks.
One sequence was obviously too long and designed to show off the money that they spent on the villains' underground lair. It was just the camera following one guy on a very, very extended walk.
Everything from Episode 3 onwards should be the same on both DCU and The CW.

I really liked this week's episode, which focuses on Yolanda. However, I gotta admit it's gonna be weird seeing high school teenagers take on the villains, who are adults with many more years of experience and who are quite ruthless.

Looks like they're going for a teenage female version of the JSA...
The show is decent but it's still a bit cheesy but most TV superhero shows are...

I don't mind a bit of cheese. It's a show I can watch with my family.
