That could be a very tempting piece if they do it right. Pricey but tempting.

Anyone care to guess on the characters involved? Obviously Bats. I see Bane, Harley, and Joker. Anyone else? Penguin?

There's an umbrella-wielding character, so definitely Penguin.

Joker seems to be to his right - our left.

Clayface on the left side of the diorama, and maybe Mr. Freeze in front of him.

And, is that Catwoman under "Arkham"? Riddler seems to be by her side, leaning on a column.

Not sure about the character perched in the middle. Ivy?

I can't tell what version of Arkham Asylum this is. At first I thought it was the graphic novel, but Bane and Harley didn't even exist in 1989. So, is it the video game?

These are the villians in the graphic novel:

Joker
Two-Face
Clayface
Doctor Destiny
Mad Hatter
Maxie Zeus
Killer Croc

Probably just an excuse for a themed diorama.

My guess is that Ivy is next to Bane. That is a leafy plant tendril up in the air.
Riddler may be right behind Penguin, but this is my guess because of the cane. Joker I assume is front and center of the chaos.

But who would be down next to Harley? Unless that’s just rubble. But that seems silly given the need to balance characters and space.

From what I can see ...from left to right:

Clayface
Bane
Poison Ivy
Catwoman
Joker (top center)
Riddler
Penguin
Harley Quinn

...Batman is at bottom center.

That's a lot of non-character space under Harley. maybe Bud and Lou?
