For what they charge for the framed version, I was expecting a wood frame.

If anyone is buying Framed print, enter print17 as the code to save $25. However, if you save it in your account, you have to use it in 2 weeks. Code only works for Framed prints. I'll be using mine for Zatanna.

Thanks for passing along the code! Man I wish this GL was a real signature. It would be an instant buy, but I have tried to stick to mostly signed prints.

WORD OF CAUTION TO THOSE BUYING FRAMED PRINTS:

I recently received my Thanos on Throne Framed print and it arrived damaged and when i contacted Sideshow in regards to a replacement, i was told "fix it yourself" afterwards, i contacted their customer returns supervisor and he told me that they do NOT replace prints! Meaning if your print arrives damaged, they will not replace it. I'm getting a refund for this, but very upset of this whole ordeal and will no longer buy prints from them.

Is that the Thanos print? Do you have to sent it back?

Is the non replacing a newer policy? This member was able to be helped. From last Sept.

I'll wait and see if unframed is the way to go, I have Dark Phoenix coming but I don't think I'll be impressed with what FedEx has in store for that.

Total buzz kill... I know it's only $50 but they just keep ----ing with the duties and taxes. It's like, why?

I never waste money and get framed prints from SS. You can custom order any you like from Frame it Easy for so much less and they're packing is second to none.

This was the current THANOS PREMIUM ART PRINT (only 200 made) and sold out fast! You can imagine how devastated i was when mine arrived damaged! I immediately messaged Sideshow requesting an exchange, but i was told that they have no replacements and it would be best if i tried to fix those issues myself. I later, contacted their returns Supervisor & he said they do not replace prints (they may have done it in the past, but they no longer offer this anymore)
So you take a gamble in hopes that your print doesn't arrive damaged...not a good move on their end.
