I believe these are what you need:

Roller: 2 x AAA
Optimus Head: 3 x LR41

Even Hallmark provides the batteries..then again they are expensive ornaments.

There are some You Tube video reviews of Optimus. He looks great. Both were bought through BBTS. I think one had some breakage but given how hard the piece is to get I think the guy was just going to fix it himself.

These stupid batteries are expensive in the store. Went to a Wal Greens and they were six bucks each. I ordered a 10 pack from Amazon for 8 bucks, all in.

Sheesh.
