This game is new for me. Never played the previous games and I love it. I am on journey 3 and now that I know where things are, I find the game easy. Love being a caster though but I am try to balance it with melee weapons. I actually prefer to attack with a sword.
Do you guys have the remade number 2 for the PS4? Is it worth playing?

Unsure on what is meant by this. 3 was remade?
I thought we were talking about 3 on the PS4.

Part 2 was remade from last gen to this gen with all DLC included, slightly better graphics, and item/enemy placement rearranged.
I would go as far to say that the current gen version makes it a completely new experience if you have played the vanilla version.

Heh, yeah, I was frustrated in the beginning but once my sorcerer was at a good level, the game became easy.
Sorry, I mean DS 2.

Kinda old, but I don't think it was posted yet, DS3 DLC trailer. DLC for the Souls games is usually by far the hardest content in the game. With people taunting Miyazaki with no damage runs of the entire game, and toying with the Nameless King videos, I expect this first DLC to be tough as nails.

Wow, the DLC looks great...and tough.
So, has anyone played through Journey 4? Is it worth playing? Anything new added to the Transposing Kiln or Purchases?

NG+ is pretty worthless in this game unless you want some of the +2 and +3 rings or the platinum trophy.

I think I will stop at 3. I have all the weapons I want now and will just play to help others out. I am level 199 and I am noticing less and less people summoning me at this level, especially at the early stage sub-bosses/bosses; Sage, Yhorn, etc... Aldrich, Nameless, Twin Princeses, final boss, still good.

I would recommend keeping a fresh build on stand by for the DLC. So far every Souls DLC has not only been the most difficult content, but accessible around the halfway point of a playthrough. A lot of people who just beat the game once usually have a NG+ file ready. So they then have to play most of the original game again just to access the DLC, then be crippled even further by having to attempt it on NG+ difficulty without an optimal build.
I just killed the Twin Princes and I'm gonna leave my save around that point so I have access to the entire map to access the DLC and be at a decent level to tackle it.

Aww crap, you're kidding. I was hoping it was a dlc like Arkham Asylum where you can pick the dlc mission on the main menu or something.
Thanks for the advice damienjakk.
