I've been hoping to see comic 'red bandana' portraits for the turtles, but after the recent newsletter showing Don, it appears you won't be doing them. Correct?

Ah cool thanks for the confirmation, the cape did look pixely but the sheath has a spray on it that I didn't figure would be done on the render (the upper ropes are missing the color btw).

By far the best Shredder Statue.

If this turns out as good as that render, it has my vote for your best statue.

Looking forward to seeing the full reveal.

Correct. Idw and nickelodeon want them in their colors. We did succesfully fight for all-white eyes though.

The white eyes is a definite win, but unfortunately I'll have to pass as I only like the comic portraits. It's disappointing that they won't allow those especially in light of the fact that these are more comic-inspired than cartoon.

Just in case you haven't tried - and I know PCS like their variants - so, you (or IP holder) aren't willing to even do a very low run? 50 ES, say? Won't overshadow their 'preferred' colors. Comic accurate and low ES being the selling point. Sell it for the same price, but drop any extra heads? I'm sure the factory would love the easy extra money, and you get to sell 50 more.

If not, oh well. They look awesome, as does Shredder. I wish you luck with them.

EDIT: Just saw the post above. Better yet, I'd prefer 1/4, so maybe try to convince them to do the comic variant in that scale, as part of the whole 'scale variant' additional thought in the first place...?
