Agreed. making Psycho Pirate, having poor sales, then complaining people don't actually step up to the plate to buy 2nd or 3rd tier characters is kinda BS. Anyway, here he is, for everyone that ever wanted him.

Exactly. Try D (or F) list. I've never heard of this character, and he looks like a rip-off love child of Iron Man and Dr. Strange.
It's hilarious that people think that because we ask for B list characters like Raven, Starfire, Riddler, Robin or Two-Face, that giving us Psycho Pirate instead automatically means people should be lining up to order this.

1\4 Flashpoint Batman is tempting along with Bane but Psycho Pirate is an odd choice. Only makes sense since he was in the panel this is based on.
