If resources were avail to make this, then surely they were there to make Flash, Nightwing, MM, Penguin, Riddler, Two Face...

I'm sure they will have some new comic pfs for SDCC. Penguin, Riddler and Two Face are not tier 1 characters.

For DC I'd put Lex Luthor, Darkseid, Joker, Sinestro, Reverse Flash, Catwoman ahead of them for sure. Brainiac, Black Adam, Deathstroke and Black Manta could also be argued ahead of them. Harley Quinn is top tier mainstream wise but I wouldn't consider her as one of the best DC villains.

If we are just talking Bats villains, you could say Joker, Catwoman, and Ra's are tier 1 by themselves. Then Two-Face, Penguin, Riddler, Scarecrow, Freeze, Ivy, Bane. Tier 3 would have Zsasz and Calendar, Pyg and the likes.

I'm almost tempted to put Two-Face, Penguin, Bane and Freeze in tier 1, but I do think there needs to be something to seperate characters like Joker and Two-Face. I don't think they are on the same level.

Perhaps if folks here would just stop talking about these two and ignore them, then maybe they'd stop their shenanigans. They seem to feed off the attention. Frankly, I find them both ridiculous and get tired of reading about them in every thread I visit.

As far as this statue, I think it looks fantastic. It's on my radar. I'm curious to see how this line shapes up.

While I agree there are much more exciting characters than Penguin and Riddler, dont discount their seniority and the their place in Batman's history. They paved the way for all the villains thereafter.
People have called for them and they deserve the homage.

But you guys still drive my point home, this line shouldn't have reared its portrait with so much still left ignored.
