It is a Maquette. Sounded like at least 1/4 or 1/3 scale.

There are two in production; the diorama with Nedry and the larger standalone Dilophosaurus (not a Stan Winston maquette). The standalone is the one being showed off in the streams currently and will feature a detailed base with elements from the film.
