Same. I feel they screwed me. Still bitter about it. Ran into a few folks that have had the same sort of thing happen with DCBS.

Care to go into details? I'm going through an issue with an "in-stock" comic order now, but I'm in the same boat as some Sideshow defenders in saying their customer service rep(s) are good at least, as is their packaging.

Dang, that really sucks to hear.

I've been using them for a good 3 years with only 1 issue with a statue. They sent a replacement without question.

They canceled a statue order, still charged me the restock fee, and it hadn't even come out yet among other things.

I'll NEVER use them again for anything, though many people swear by them. Back when I used to be on comic boards regularly, I know of a couple people that had similar issues after using them for years, one of them even filed a BBB complaint, but I don't think it went anywhere or even got resolved actually.
