It's been pushed back several times already - looks like it's happened again. The Kindle version is showing 10/10/17, but I can't locate the softcover anymore...

Whoops, sorry!
Since Amazon is still listing the Kindle version of Afterlife vol 2, I'd go with that date for the softcover as well... at least, until they push it back again.
