David Eddings first two series, The Belgariad and the Mallorean.

It all starts with Pawn of Prophecy, each of the 2 series are 5 books, with the same characters. Very reminiscent of D&D in the glory days.

I've read them both through probably 4-5 times

Does audio books count? If so I recommend Ready Player One and The Disney Villains Collection (there are 6 ).

All 24 Tarzan books, though the first six are by far the best.

Patrick Rothfuss, "The Name of the Wind" and "The Wise Man's Fear". Quite possibly the best trilogy that I have ever read. Sadly, he writes about as quickly as a glacier moving through a valley, so I'm still waiting for the third book some five years on. There's also a companion book call "The Slow Regard of Silent Things" which, while not technically a part of the main story, fleshes out the world it takes place in quite nicely.

Most of Larry Niven's work has made it through my hands more than once. His real science based approach to science fiction is second to none. In particular, the thought that went into the technical specs for "Ringworld" are just mind-blowing. It would work! The scale of it makes the Federation's space docks in Star Trek look like Micro Machines, but it would work!

"100 ways to improve your writing" by Gary Provost. I have read this book several times already, as it helps to improve my writing skills. The author explains in a very accessible way and gives practical tasks by following which you can significantly improve your writing skills. I really need this, because the letter has never been my strong point, and even with the simplest task, I coped with the service that I was looking for on this source https://www.writingjudge.com/ Now I can write works on various topics and all thanks to this great reading, which has now become a reference book.
