In the BLANKA thread, there's a teaser of Blanka with a sculpt in the background, which is what could be a sculpt of the 1/4 klassic Shao Kahn, with his hands on his hips.

You are wrong. It doesn't look like the sculpt of Shao Kahn and Jerry already confirmed that it isn't Shao Kahn.

Love that detailing, no-one deserves to be adorned in maticulously sculpted armour more than the Emperor..
on a side-note.. Rubie's have a Shao Kahn latex (costume) MK9 mask I just noticed..
pretty cool for what it is..
