Bruce has the advantage of being a better fighter than Tony and being in a better physical shape than Tony. Furthermore Bruce is most probably streetwiser than Tony.
Iron Man's highly advanced suit however compensates that more than enough and even though the Batman also has some amazing gadgets at his disposal, he will not be able to overcome Tony engineering genius I think.

Batman is an icon and one of the greatest comic books heroes ever created but some fights simply cannot be won and this is one of them.

Iron Man wins.

Unless Batman has 'time to prepare' some kind of e-bomb trap to take out Stark's armor I give him a minute tops before Tony drops a building on him or hits him with a missile.

Does Batman have an appointment calendar for his fights? Anytime someone asks a Batman vs question, the response is always "If Batman had time to prepare...."
