I just finished GOW4 and it is short. Must be 8 hours playing time, if that.

Did you check for any demos for any of games?
Most big games have em. Sometimes in the "stores" you can search and find older ones.

Yup! I'm getting close to the end I'm pretty sure, on Act IV somewhere. I've always been a fan of the series and this one I absolutely love.

Syndicate is phenomenal Assassins Creed game but it is essentially a discount bin buy at this point and would be wasted as a cash in of the Christmas chips

Update: I was off sick the last half of last week and finished GoW. Such a great game. Also got Battlefield 1 and am loving it.
