Canceling a pre-sale order

I have a Pre-Sale order with Sideshow on a payment plan and may need to cancel.
I have paid my initial deposit but haven’t started paying the monthly instalments yet...
Does anyone know what happens when you cancel? Can you cancel? Any issues with it? I figure I will lose my initial deposit

You’ll just lose your NRD.

If it's the first time you are canceling a PO, they can do a one time courtesy and give you back your NRD too. Just use their live chat to do the canceling, and explain your situation.

This ^ Sometimes they have pitty on you. I’ve gotten back my NRD back before.

I got back a NRD recently. I wanted to move it to the newer Wolverine but they said they can’t do that with their system and just straight up refunded me the $65. Ask and be courteous. I used the live chat.

I’ve gotten numerous NRD back so it’s not a one time thing. Just say you have a job loss (which was true), delays, product change or shipping cost is too high and they will give your NRD back.

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Wish I would have know this cause I've lost a few NRD's for various reason or another over the years.

How irresponsible does someone have to be to end up asking for numerous NRD refunds?

I don't have any horse in this race but this feels pretty judgemental to come in here questioning someone like that, without knowing anything about the situation. Why do you care how many NRDs someone asks for? Not your business.

I guess that's the world we live in now.

Most of it was product change like the Gal Gadot Wonder Woman. Paint app means a lot. I now put all the statues on flex when I get an item notice to ship. This gives me time to see in-hand pics. I can no longer afford to accept mediocrity when the cost of these statues are so high.

I want to be able to cancel before it ships to me because the hassle it would be to get my custom / taxes back. I think this is the best way to deal with the NRD and refunds.
