Daredevil vs. Bullseye - Gene Colan
I've seen this a couple of times once as a penciled drawing and one inked. Anyone know anything about this. Its up for sale (make an offer).

I'm with you, his style never clicked with me especially on Iron Man. No denying he's a legend, but I think he's an aquired taste.

IMO gene colan did the best Dr. Strange out there. His style was perfect for the charachter very dark and mysterious. Most people know him for his Tomb of Dracula art which was perfect too.

In my humble, yet clearly stated, proudly proclaimed and defiantly delivered opinion, I thought Gene Colan, John Romita and John Buscema brought a look to comics that was sorely needed, each with his own style. The characters began to look more like people and less like cartoons, even if the heroes and villians all began having Mr. Universe class muscles...

I didn't mind his art when it wasn't Iron Man ... something about the armor didn't work for me
