Supanova aka Avengers vs X-Men Jam

This Supanova, I decided to leave the sketchbook at home and instead do something a little bit different. (Thanks to Shandil for the inspiration).

I decided to stick with just local Australian artists due to cost and the desire to finish the piece at the con (which I didn't). I still have two characters in mind (and two artists).

I'm really happy with how it's coming along and am looking forward to it being finished and on my wall.

Layouts: Hugh 'H!' Freeman
Thor: Jeffrey 'Chamba' Cruz
Iron Man: Hugh 'H!' Freeman
Wolverine: Stewart Cook
Captain America: Darren Close
Cyclops: Joel Knaap
Rogue: Tim Ide
Storm: Emerson Ward
Iceman: Paul Mason

I still have Spiderman and Magneto left to do.

I also have a few new sketches in my book from small events (if you're interested).

Great piece; love the Avengers side quite a bit, especially Thor & Iron Man.

Congrats.

Yeah, I'm pretty happy with it. I was going to say that Thor was favouirte but than I look at Iron Man or Rogue or Wolverine or Storm.

I'm looking forward to seeing how Spiderman and Magneto turn out.

Liam! I'm so sorry I no-sold you at Colin's table, if I would have just turned around to see you, it would have been great to catch up a bit more. You got quite the score and I'm happy to see some great local talent. Iron Man is a stand-out for me

Yeah. I hit up Billy Tan early on Saturday to see what he could do with the piece (out of my price range) so I was likely right next to you, that is I'm assuming you were one of the first people in Carlos' line Rod?

@Carlito yeah, H! did a pretty good job of doing the layout. I also liked that he did only a really basic outline. I see some Jam's where it seems the artist is basically acting as an inker. I wanted to see what these artists could do and basically gave them free range (some had there pick of the characters, others I asked them to do a certain character and only one of them I gave them instructions in terms of character.)
