Yeah I was about to say, I’m a millennial. The dudes that write this stuff are definitely an older generation. Gen X I think most of them are? Older white men for the most part.

I’d rather more millennials were writing. Then characters like Nightwing, Wally and Tim Drake would get the respect they deserve lol. I think Marvel is a bit better with diversity overall, including representations of age, ethnicity, sex, etc amongst its creators and comic characters. To varying degrees of representation and success.

Have you reread Byrne’s Superman? I have all the trades and reread them recently. I was really surprised that, for a series I loved back in the ‘80s, the writing jus doesn’t hold up.

Yeah it’s a little dated, I want that series for nostalgia reasons. It was when I started collecting comics on a consistent basis.

He's no longer Flash, first they erased him from continuity in new 52 to establish barry... then he came back with Rebirth One shot, but not his family... his wife and children and Jay Garrick the all Flash Family were erased from continueity then they made Wally kill people in Heroes in Crisis event to show he's not fit to be Flash...

Basicly DC took this huge dump on him...
