I agree with the others, both heads look fine in the pictures. What are the defects supposed to be?

mine arrived last night, i was dreading unpacking it after all the reported issues but i was pleasantly surprised. eyes are good, fits the base, no breaks, paint looks fantastic - i still cant believe this statue with this portrait is in my collection now. hopefully SS is able to take care of everyone having issues, its a beautiful piece

I don't think SS will ever meet your expectations on fixing these clearly glaring issues. Forget about going through them. I will bite the bullet and make your life easier by taking this statue off your hands. No need to have to look at such an eye-sore.
