Nice to see a fellow "Gladiator" kit. Only negative of the piece is the giraffe like neck that was sculpted for some reason. I had mine shave down height wise and built up width wise. Other then that....fantastic piece.

It is 1/4 scale. It was kit that was available a few years ago. Sideshow's own Andy Bergholtz sculpted the heads. Not sure who did the body work. They are starting to get kinda rare, especially unbuilt kits...but every now and then one pops up on ebay.
Here's an image of one that was built and painted for me by John Alred

I got John to do mine too after seeing the amazing job he did on yours. He's also going to be bulking up the neck. Really excited for it. One of my favorite films.

You will not be dissappointed! John's work is incredible. It looks lifelike! Like a mini Russell Crowe standing on your shelf.
After seeing this one in person, i promptly had john repaint my sideshow rambo and godfather PFs. Both look so much better now. Especially the Brando. It too looks lifelike

Thanks, guys. He is awesome.
A Forum friend PMd me after I posted on the Maximus kit thread. He had 2 but was looking to sell 1. I heard there were only about 70 made and the ones involved agreed on a minimum price which cost more than a PF unpainted (if I remember correctly) and plus cost for the expert hand of Saul to bring him to life.
I kinda regret the impulse buy at first but when it's here it's outrageous! I get all sorts of great feedback about the piece.
Try and grab one before it's all snapped up!

Your piece was what pushed me over the edge, Sinema!
Fine, fine piece!
I have a problem with the sword hand fitting snugly though, and the sword's bent and I can't get it to sit straight for long.
Any tips to fix that?

T-700...more menacing than the T-800 imo, obviously not as iconic though.
