Back when I pre-ordered the Reeve Clark/Superman duo set, I had hoped they would make a Lynda Carter Diana/Wonder Woman duo, I would definitely be in. Now I am deciding if I should get the Justice League Gal Gadot Wonder Woman Platinum, since that's an awesome piece from what I have seen, and someone is selling for a great price. Then I thought just a few minutes ago, what if JND does a Lynda Carter version? It's such a coincidence I see this new announcement!
The Blitzway piece looked interesting. To me although we know who it's supposed to be, the likeness isn't all there. And what's up with the pose? She looks like she's modeling for a magazine cover, with the leg pose, and her arms like she's moving her hair back? Also I prefer JND's use of rooted hair, glass, eyes, and silicone anyway.

Oh definitely. The WW Platinum was $3200, and HQ Platinum is $3600. It makes me "wonder" lol, will this be a Platinum? If not, then pricing should be lower.

This pose with this costume would be nice. I believe it is a S2 costume.
The challenging part of this pose, for the statue, is to make both hands resting on her hip naturally without leaving a gap. That's where most statues in this sort of pose fails.
I find the pose on the Blitzway piece awkward especially for the version without the cape. This one is so much better.

I actually prefer her hair in this picture rather than the other recently shown. I guess I like the longer hair she has in most of the show rather than the shorter hair in promo/stock photos.
Prime 1 did well with the body and the costume for the most part. I just didn't care for the pose. And hopefully JND can get Lynda Carter's likeness on a much higher level, then add the silicone, glass eyes, and rooted hair.

So cool statues to have.
Very exiting indeed.
Davy Jones is so rare in all formats, will be glad to have him.

Lynda Carter's Wonder Woman is the absolute definitive subject for JND's talents and product type. Exquisite Silicone skin painting, beautiful eyes, perfectly styled hair, superb costume fabrication, fantastic sculpted costume parts. This is going to be good!
I hope they don't put her in an awkward pose like the second photo though.
