I finally wrote them last weekend and asked what the deal was, and they said they expected it to ship this week. That was this past weekend.
It’s Friday and still no tracking. Unless they pull something out of their ass in the next couple of hours, that didn’t happen.

so tired of this company. If you buy directly from Tweeterhead, you are a sucker. I did, so I guess that means I’m a sucker. They have all the time in the world to shill new product, but they can’t get statues to their customers.
This is awful. It’s absurd. I bought MODOK this week from Sideshow, and I have absolutely zero concerns about receiving my item in a reasonable time frame, or having my concerns addressed if I need to cancel, or if there are customer service issues, etc. But I can’t get Tweeterhead to even ship me my damn statue that’s been fully paid for a year.
Between this and PCS, I am getting to the point where I’m only going to place orders from Sideshow or BBTS from now on.
