Black Friday Gentle Giant 3 exclusives-Pic
Thought I would start a new thread on this since there are now pics of the 3 items. And we can chat about them now that we know what they are.
Big pass for me. All dissapointing IMO
I thought for sure we could at least get a SW mini bust

I like the color scheme on this Ring Wraith and Horse WAY better than the original, but the base on the original works better IMO.

I was kind of interested in the Luke maquette, but not for $101. I will wait and try to pick this up of eBay in a couple months.
The Ring Wraith is cool, but not for $120.
I am glad for everyone else that is excited about these exclusives.

Luke and the RWOS look great. But I dont think anyone here collects GG, so maybe just remove the GG forum.

Sheesh, I was going to consider buying the Ringwraith and Luke pieces if only to use as trade items later on next year, but considering the stupid bills that came up this week, I'm going to have to pass.
But hey, you crying fanboys got your precious black horse!

It's the figure, but as for the size Im not sure if it's the bigger version or the smaller version.

As much as I don't collect LOTR, I couldn't go as far as calling fans "crybabies" because they wanted an accurate representation of a character from the film. I am sure I would be just as upset if a Dooku Mini bust was released with a black cape and not a movie accurate brown one. And in turn, I give credit to GG for at least re-issuing this maquette with the correct colours. I would have appreciated that if I collected these.

The cape would be a big deal, seriously? Please tell me you're not one of those people who wants there to be an Episode IV Vader bust and an Episode VI one too. Every time I read posts from people about wanting SS to do an Episode [x] Vader, I want to cry.
But it's not like the brown horse was really the bull from Looney Tunes that Bugs fought or anything. Heck, that'd be a hell of a piece actually.
