Don't ask them why they haven't responded to emails on Facebook. They will insinuate that they have probably responded to your emails, but you are too stupid to get them.

Well...i was skeptical i was going to get my EX Arkhalla because even after completing my 6 month payment plan my PO was still nowhere posted on my account. But i did get it so that was already 95% of my potential problem solved. Anything after that is gravy. When it did arrive it did have a paint botch up on the leg but i guess i should be thankful i even received my order...and an EX not reg too as ordered. No biggie with the paint....that's why God invented paints and the airbrush.

That means someone who ordered an EX is out of an EX.
