That is awesome news. I was wondering if Marvel was going to be dumb enough to let him go. Looks like they aren't.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

They'd be stupid not to give him anything he wants. He is the biggest reason why Avengers worked as well as it did. Glad to hear he has decided to return for the sequel.

Great news.

Now all we need is a Hulkbuster.

Excellent post.

I have the same concern. Now that they all know what a cash cow the Avengers movie was, I'm afraid that, mo money, mo money, mo money is going to destroy the sweet spot that the first Avengers movie found across virtually all audiences. RDJ and Chris Evans probably won't even wear their masks at all in the upcoming films, because they'll need "face" time in every frame they're in, to keep up with Hawkeye (who should have a mask, but doesn't. Thor, who should wear a helmet, but doesn't. And, the Black Widow. I hope the ego's don't start raising their ugly heads, but I'm curious to see what happens in the upcoming movies after the mega success of the first one...we'll see.

With a 2.5-3 hour movie everyone gets more than enough screen time. I have no concerns in that regard. I would be more concerned with the stand alone movies. IM2, Thor and Cap although good did not set the world on fire.

I cannot find the Captain America Winter Soldier thread but it looks like Black Widow will be appearing in the CA sequel.
