50-50

I have next pieces:

ED-209 & Anubis 1/1 = home runs all around = 5/5

T-rex male bust & King Conan = great sculpts;relatively good paintjob (not great),some small issues = 3/5

T-rex breakout = beautifull,detailed sculpt,very poor paintapplication(especially the head);visible seams = 2/5

I saw the 1/1 Horus aswell = poor casting of the bird head, overall good paintjob, weak lights = 2/5

And we all know how the Genisys Endoskeleton turned out = 1/5

We should be fine with the Indominus Rex I think...there are no difficult patterns to paint as on the breakout,it's mostly grey with some nuances.

Interesting, I expected it to look so good that my Anubis might look bad when it arrived.

Anyway, some of those low score pieces were "learning experiences" and won't be duplicated, a la the Endo.

As for this rex, I was not a big fan of the creature design, but when they first previewed the piece I was going to order, but now that is it up I can't decide. I like it, but just not sure yet.

Maybe the Horus I saw was a one off bad casting(I hope)..it was pretty shocking to see the bird head considering the great quality of the Anubis head.I read Paul will never produce another 'in-house piece' ever again...this is revealing to me.
My friend will receive another Horus head and fingers crossed it comes in much better than the previous one.

I think the I-rex is magnificent...the movement is sheer perfection to me and it looks as if it's coming straight from the screen.
But yeah, you have to like the creature design of course.

Hopefully that was the only one yes, I won't be getting mine till my Endo is done and I pick them and some other items up.

The raised leg was one great feature of the rex, but that logo kind of hides it from the front.

I'm still on the fence with this, i'd love to see a picture of it next to their breakout rex..might swing it for me.
However if I commit myself to this it might prevent me from getting the sick Trike, spitter or Spino bust.
