IMHO nothing beats the Howard Studios full sized Yoda. It's not a completed piece however so you'll have to either finish it yourself or commission a painter. Here's mine:

My LCS has this one. If you are into big and animated, then yeah, have at it. Personally, this thing is big, cheap looking and to me, not worth anywhere near 5 bills.
