Agreed. I don't have an issue with the likeness, I think it looks like Tom. But the promo pics make his hair look like a much darker shade of brown. His hair takes away from the realism and makes it look cheap.

Out of all the life size busts that Queen and Infinity have produced, this hair will be the hardest to style and to get right. I don't see anything wrong with the likeness, its about 95% there, but that hair is going to be a nightmare.

Popcultcha has this up on their website. First Queen pieces since Alita.

But Sugo had it for $5,300 AUD, but Popcultcha has it for $7,000 AUD!!!!!

Though if you have a 10% voucher, it comes down to $6,300 AUD. But that’s still a thousand dollar (AUD) difference.

I don't think those are crossed eyed (at least not to a horrible degree imo), that appears fine to me as the iris' looks to be looking in the same direction. I'm thinking you're making an incorrect assumption that the visible left & right sides of the whites of the eyes must be the same exact distance on both eyes, however that's not always the case when eyes are looking off to one side. Also lighting/shadows and angles can often obscure some of the whites too.

Just look at that woman who's in one of the photos, the whites aren't equal there, but she's not crossed eyed either.

I see such commentary fairly often when the eyes are looking off to as far left/right as possible, where they would say that no whites should be showing on the left or right sides depending on direction. However look at any photos of real people and you'll find often there's a bit of whites showing on the outward sides of the eyes. Heck Prime 1 themselves made this particular mistake on their 1/3 Selina Kyle. Where they did not account for this bit of extra distance and made the amount of whites of the right side (when looking at it) of both eyes to be the exact same distance, making it obviously crossed eyed (or whatever the correct term is) to everyone who sees it.

Got the shipping notice (USA). A little over $500. Within the current "expected" range for shipping costs, but that definitely stings.

From where to where?

I'm still waiting on mine from Sugo, even though Popcultcha somehow magically received a batch last year when they never even had it up for preorder.

I really like the piece, but that hair is going to be a pain to get right.

Direct from Queen, so China to USA. The International Express/Fedex option was a cool $855.

Yeah I'm worried about the hair. I'm not a stylist so I'm hoping I can pull something decent off because I think the hair has a big impact on likeness with this piece.
