The two swords have a noticeable weight difference - I went with the lighter sword as I was concerned about the weight - never would've expected something like that to happen so quickly though.

Hopefully this collector contacted sideshow for a replacement. The Protos stay assembled for a minute at the factory and this wasn't reported as an issue. There can be variations in each part though. If they're in the return window, and they should be drive this just started shipping, we would recommend a replacement.
