you're not wrong, the paint is different, the original was a much more monotone finish, the new colors by Tinitun Naksud are much brighter and look way better, lots more detail shown in the base.

I dunno I've tried calling them before, spoke with someone once and other times got the answer machine but got texted back. Just a guess but specfiction might not be a full time job. They are pretty responsive of FB though, even get responses super early/late. I would try them there first.

I used the SpecFiction online question form, about a month ago - I got an automated response telling me I would get a response in 3 days......1 month later, still no response. I shopped somewhere else.
If they don't care - neither do I.

I think that thing is broken. I sent them something via that and they never responded when I followed up via regular email they responded pretty quick and said they never got it. They should probably fix it though :P

Their email replies range from 24 hours to 2 minutes IME.
