If it was a bot, he'd be squeezing in a hyperlink in a wall of text.
If it was a bot, then I could answer it's question of "How does a statue get manufactured?" thusly:
"You see, when a resin formula and stone powder love each other very much, they come together in a beautiful orgy of...."

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.

I actually forgot about this, thanks! I would have missed an important part. I'm not sure how to attach images but

so does the 3d modeler just make the model, like he doesn't take into consideration multiple different pieces, will he break it down for the manufacturer in Guangzhou China to be able to print is easily or not. And the manufacturer will be the one to break it down? How does this go particularly?

I'm not a bot, I'm just wondering does the manufacture handle what segments to bisect and turn into small pieces or does the 3d modeler deal with that making it easier for the manufacturer to print it?
Also by the looks of it huge sums of money seems to be the only barrier of entry, so would that mean anyone can create a statue company as long as they have connection in Guangzhou China and have a ton of cash?
And I heard it's a must to have someone in China to monitor these makers or if you can't you use SGS and Bureau Veritas as from other peoples experience they get duped or receive a bag of bricks so I was wondering if that's true or not?
