Comic book heroes have it made!

in that last 6 months or so I've gotten back into the gym. As much a function of health as it is vanity but overall the results are great and I feel much better. At 6' and about 195-200 I'm starting to get the desired results but man, for every one thing that gets more "pumped", two things break! Doing squats, Quads bulk up, blow out a hamstring and wrench the ankle. Doing bench press, chest gets bigger, blow out a shoulder, wrist is killing me. I'm sure it's as much my age as it is anything else, and I'm taking all the reps very slowly and controlled but damn! I need to guzzle some toxic waste or be bitten by a radioactive armadillo or something. Instant muscle and power with no side effects. Heroes in comics have it made!

The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Man, there is some crazy stuff in that article. That's my point though, you can get too carried away with it all. When it becomes more like a job than exercise, I'm out...
