i still say aging Tommen up really detracts from this whole storyline. him being 7 makes the fact that he's so overwhelmed by all of this insanity his mother brought upon him is a lot more powerful than him being 16 and just being a weenie so the show could show him having sex with Margery.

The internet is buzzing about this lately, so here it is, I noticed there are things that the book mentioned that are not in the tv version.
Cersei mentioned this in episode 1 of season 6,
when she met Maggy the Frog and asked her 3 questions.

Cersei's 3 children will wear gold crowns each, and will all die, most likely before she does I think is the point, so Tommen's days are numbered. The question is, who will kill him and how????????

A mixed bag of developments in this episode. Some interesting and some not. All in all, I didn't think it was a strong episode. Just like the SNL skit, I keep thinking, only 7 more episodes left in the season, why are we wasting time on this?
Strong parts were Jon's storyline, Arya's, and Bran's.
I didn't think it was necessary for the high sparrow and Tommen to have a long dragged out scene like they did, when basically nothing at all happened. When the sparrow is like, can I sit down a bit, my legs, I was like, "NO! Don't sit down. You already had your allotted time." That scene seemed 10 minutes long. And then he's like, let's talk some more.
