Considering the picture is taken from an unflattering angle, I think it looks great.
We will be able to tell more from additional angles. Remember the T1 PF from some angles looked like Kurt Russell but in hand it's one of the stronger Arnold sculpted likeness I've seen.

The progress sneak is dead on. Looks perfect! I've seen the movie multiple times and Dredd doesn't look like Urban with the helmet on so I am fine with the progress of the statue

I bet if you looked at urban in costume from that angle you wouldn't know who it was either, even still I think it looks amazing

I am hoping the headsculpt turns out something like this example produced by an "unknown manufacturer",
helmet was a little looser fitting in the movie.
He has that real sour expression on his face.

heh "unknown". Their face is off (as it often is), however their MM is incredible.
