It's the 'notify me when available' part. Put your email address in and you'll be emailed as soon as it's available. I know it's not an exact waiting list but you'll get one through it.

I was told I would be charged the NRD of $100 if I cancelled.

Jerry posted in the thread saying it would ship from China by Feb-March some pages back. New website says september-November. You don't get charged an NRD if it's delayed 3 months from the end of November. So if by 2/28/18 they may release my NRD. If I keep the order I'm going to keep my order out of solely not wanting to give PCS $100 of my hard earned money for nothing.

But on the other hand these pieces stink up be House in the secondary market so I'm tempted to cut my losses, save the $85 in shipping to Harlem and not look back
