Haha can't say I hate his look in SFV, but I am classic fan all the way for anything. Its not so much the costume that bothers me in SFV, it the way Ken actually looks. He looks more South American than a half American, half Japanese man. Defo not "pretty" enough IMO. Ken always had that certain pretty boy look to him that I think he sorely lacks in SFV.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

The shot at the beginning of this thread is 1/18 and unless Jerry has invented a method of micro stitching fabric definitely not this statue.

Sorry if I'm misunderstanding you... Are you saying that I the first image posted and the new one are different statues?
I think they are the same thing. Since its a 3d print, they can pretty much print whatever size they want.

Different actual printed statues but likely a mirrored file.
See the real fabric hanging around Ken's waist has stitching and there's no way that could be made to fit a 1/18 scale statue the size of a finger like the little gray one because they can't print real fabric.
And Jerry isn't doing an experimental 1/8 line.

As much as I wanted a revisit with his classic costume, I am actually happy with the sfv version. It looks fantastic! Can't wait. Hopefully the EX comes with a classic short hair version.

I don't think we will see any classic style head. Maybe a smiling one or something along those lines.

I really don't think so either, I could go for an alt portrait with a more cocky expression like a smirk, that could look good with this pose. (He may have grown up a bit for that though
