no it's definitely chun li
kitana's fabric wouldn't change it would look so out of place with jade and mileena

Yeah, the more that I think about it I think it is Chun. I think the only way it would be Kitana is if it was 1:3, because the MKX version has a similar pattern near the shoulder area, but still different. I think it's safe to say this is for Chun.

Not saying it could be Chun-li but everyone does remember that Jerry has been discussing a Kitana and there's even been posts about what type of costume people would prefer for MKX females?

The pattern is close to the texture of MK9 Kitana statue outfit. I'm thinking it's the 1:3 MK9 Kitana Jerry was talking about making.
