Not sure. I always close mine after taking a screenshot of the wheel and the reward amount. So far I have $9 (1, 3, 3 and 2) I missed the very first $1. I thought there was another $2 in there but I must have been mistaken. I thought it was 1-2-2-3-3-1 in order.

Yes I was very happy and surprised by it. I figured since people have so many rewards they have to burn off by end of year that they would slow down with them until January. Guess not.

I close out the lottery (after taking a screen shot thanks for the guy who gave me that pro-tip) each time it pops up. Then I just keep the poll open and go about my other searches/projects.
I have even closed out the poll before, re-entered and gotten the spin if timed right.
