Got my $3 code...heads up to those that might not be aware...you have to double jump into the red coins for them to count. Same with hitting Scarlett Sentry.

Yeah, $3 for completing the game, beating the 3 'bosses' and getting the 3 hats. I barely died and it took me 15 minutes. Not that I expect the pinnacle of gaming with Ser Sideshow, but this one was buggy as hell with very dodgy physics. I think I would have been happier to pay $3 extra next time I bought something and had my 15 minutes back.
