Diet soda makes you retain water like a mofo. It also creates chemical imbalances in your brain. Seriously, Read the lable on sodas these days. Anything that says that it contains Phenyketoneurics is BAD BAD BAD **** FOR YOUR SYSTEM.
I started fasting on the weekends, and fool my body's metabolism by having a day where I just eat what I want to. I limit my portions and it keeps my body guessing. I also walk, and work out that seems to have helped me knock off about 20 lbs over the last couple of months.
You want some REAL incentive though? Buy a scale, and weigh yourself every morning. Write it down. When you start to see the weight loss, you start to become encouraged to do the things that are good for your body. The scale is not your enemy it's your friend.

eat 2 meals a day.Breakfast and dinner have a good breakfast in the morning so it will tide you over to dinner time.At dinner eat a small portion of food.If you have to snack eat a bannana instead of a cream pie.Hit the threadmil religously till the day before the wedding start off slow it 20 minutes for the first week when the send add another 20,week three do and hour everyday past that.You will drop the weight quick.
