Try and get the Myoplex Meal Replacement Protein Shakes. They fill you up and have a bunch of protein. Good Luck. I am in the opposite boat. Trying to gain 10lbs. Very Very difficult for me. Goal is to be 175lbs, that is a lot for me. A little for others I know. I work out hard 6 times a week and overload on the Protein but no luck.
