Recently I was talking with a fellow forum member and we got on the subject of Mods....Over all I think that people/members have an oversion to moderators because they fear them on some level. I have had the good fortune to actually have pleasant experiences with some mods (
no names necessary) and I just wanted to say (what came up on converstion) which is this.....I think "defiance" is a natural reaction when one is put in cheque......I have had my hand slapped a time a two (
deservedly so)....However on the other side of the coin, I have been able to approach a mod and recieve needed assistance any time I needed it. Also I have been approached by a mod or two who might have needed some form of assistance from me. What I want to say here, is that I have respect for all the mods, but a few of them inparticular (
assuming they will know who they are)because of the suttle interaction, get even greater respect because I find that I feel
safe and comfortable both in the approach to and from the mods. So basically I just want to give a
BIG to the Mods.....I know we give you all a bunch of un-necessary grief, and you must often feel like H.S. security for a bunch of deliquents that just never seem to learn. I am hear to tell you that a few of us do learn, and though we tend to be a bit slow in our education, the respect comes regardless.....
Have a nice Day......
