It's an issue of proportionality. What they want from us can take hours if not all day, what we want from them usually takes about 30 min on a good day. So for one full day's worth of attention you should be all "emotioned" up for about a month. We just lack the capacity to endure that much emotional outpouring. I've seen the horrible results of those men who've tried. You can get a serious case of Estrogen poisoning and end up crying together while eating a quiche and watching Philadelphia while you share your feelings! The freakin horror!
