Board Games
Anyone into board gaming?
I did a lot of it as a kid and recently was able to form a group that plays regularly. I practically grew up on Steve Jackson Games.
Currently, I'm a big fan of Twilight Creations' Zombies!!! game as well as Avalon Hills newer stuff ( you can't go wrong with Robo Rally ! ).
I just picked up Monsters Menace America off of the 'bay for a great price with free shipping. The seller has a ton of games , PM if you are interested.
Anyone remember Car Wars, Supremacy? Great stuff.

I assume you mean CLUE (what we call it here) I LOVE games....I actually kind of collect board games. I have some very old Monopoly boards, I like Trivial Pursuit, Risk, Life, Sorry, there are really just too many to list......plus all the collectible versions.... anyhow, point is, games are nearly a lost passtime, and it's a real shame. A lot can said for dice and cards as well.

Your right about this not so many people want to play board games any more,.......most children are into P2/P3 and Xbox and the poor board game is left in the cupboard to gather dust

People really don't realize the negative effects that technology has on us as a society.....It's fun to have all the new gadgets, but it is really teaching us to be lazy in more ways than one.....

I love the classics also . Monopoly is one of my favorites. I also have an oldie, Stop Thief ! which was a trailblazer in it's time because it used an electronic clue machine that put out sounds of the theif walking, opening doors, breaking a window, ect...
For Risk fans, it's been updated many times over. Risk 2210 A.D. is the modern version.
Anyone remember Stratego? Use to love that game.
For more non-traditional games check out Avalon Hill, Steve Jackson Games and Twilight Creations sites:
